Ingridents 4 eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 3 TBS cornmeal 1/4 cup sweet butter, melted 1/2 cup whole milk 2 lemons, juiced 1 unbaked pricked pie shell Preparation 1. preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Combine eggs, sugar, cornmeal, melted butter, milk, and lemon juice in a large bowl. 3. mix until sugar is dissoved, but do not beat. Pour filling into unbacked pricked pie shell. 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degress and continue to bake until set. Note: Cornmeal will form a crust on top of custard | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
